Our number one spot may not be a surprise to long-term followers of My Bespoke Room, this Victorian home was the ideal template for beautiful design and gives the wow factor every time.

From the relaxing colour scheme to the ultimate amount of storage, this bedroom design is truly enchanting and living proof that even though storage is a necessity, it doesn't have to be an eye sore. Designer Lucy suggested that the wardrobes should be fitted into the fireplace alcoves and painted the same colour as the feature wall behind to help them perfectly blend in.

Just like with every other My Bespoke Room design, the client received plenty of visuals and mood boards to help them pull the design together and visualise the space. And not to toot our own horns, but we think we've really hit the nail on the head with how perfect the finish product looks in comparison to the design!

2. Deep green mid-century modern bedroom

The runner-up goes to this sophisticated and traditional bedroom with stunning green walls. Green really is 'in vogue' and it's an ideal colour for bedrooms.

The combination of teak wood, gold hardware, olive green paint and the eclectic gallery wall create a dynamic and visually appealing space while the traditional patterns and styles bring a sense of sophistication and elegance with a touch of contemporary flair. 

Overall, this bedroom oozes comfort and class, so it's no wonder it holds strong in the number 2 spot of our bedroom ideas.

3. Bold blue bedroom with pink and gold accents

Our followers have a special place in the hearts for this bedroom design, and that's why it's third on our list of top bedroom designs. The deep dark blue wall creates a cocooning and cosy feel that almost pulls you into the light grey bed.

The paint alone makes a massive impact on the space,  however, partnered with the cosy lighting and soft blush furnishings, the room is totally elevated. 

Meanwhile, the opulent gold overhead light acts more as a statement piece of art than a ceiling light and the bedside wall lamps add final touches of glamour.

4. Yellow bed with pops of brass and black metal accents

Fourth on our list is this cosy bedroom that feels more like a sanctuary. The room colour has been kept neutral while fun pops of colour have been added through the yellow headboard and pieces of artwork.

This small bedroom demonstrates that you can still have a stunning bedroom even when you're limited on space. To tackle the issue, we sourced bedside tables that offer plenty of storage and used plug-in lights that are hooked and hung to help avoid clutter on the tops.

5. Modern warm neutral bedroom with pops of burnt red

Number 5 goes to this neutral bedroom of dreams. The room took inspiration from the fabric hung on either side of the bed and so the tan colour is featured throughout while contrasted by the warm red shades in the chair and other soft furnishings.

The woven rug and wicker ceiling light add a rustic and bohemian feel to the room and also help create more depth and character within the space.

The decision was made to use dark paint on the skirting boards to give the room a crisp contrasting outline, framing the room. This connects with the black in the cactus pattern from the curtain and the black from the bedframe and wall lights, creating a real sense of cohesion.

And can we talk about the storage?! The cleverly planned alcoves placed on the side walls of the bed remove the need for bedside tables and the baskets beneath the bed create extra space while remaining stylish.

6. Luxurious bedroom with bold feature wall

Now doesn't number 6 on our list just look like an intimate haven away from the world? The dark feature wall makes the room feel more snug and warm and it's mirrored by the beautiful bedding.

The utter cosiness in this small bedroom just continues with the low-level, pendant lighting on either side of the bed that draws your eyes down into the space, which is ideal for the bedroom.

Everything in this room from the the warm autumnal shades to the gold bed railings and the dark wood bedside tables screams comfort and elegance.

7. Green and grey bedroom with half-painted wall

As we said earlier, green is the new neutral for bedrooms and it works perfectly in this room. Even though space is limited in this bedroom, the half-painted wall creates the feeling of higher ceilings and increased space all while contributing to the style of the space.

The monochromatic finishes in the rest of the bedroom create a cohesive and visually appealing look, all while the green finishing touches such as plants and paintings pull the entire room together.

8. Blush pink bedroom with abstract features

The pink accents throughout this bedroom are cute and calming and help tie the room together without it feeling too forced or over-designed. The plush, textured headboard makes the bed feel inviting while tying the room together with abstract paintings and pillows.

9. Serene pink and blue guest suite

This guest bedroom, although simple, is effective and takes number 9 on our list. The loft room boasts custom-built storage solutions and a cleverly concealed ensuite tucked away in the rear!

The room's colour scheme harmoniously combines the gentle pink walls with a complementing bed throw and a blue headboard that seamlessly melds with the pillows, abstract art, and plant pots.

10. Calming guest bedroom with painted arch headboard

Just creeping in as our final item on the list is the bedroom designed by our Head of Design, Lucy. The goal was to make a beautiful coastal-feeling home in a cost-effective way and she really hit the mark! 

Paint is a great way to make a massive impact in the space and the large pale, painted arch above the bed created an impressive focal point without the high price tag.

The large and long curved mirror next to the bed creates a contemporary look that also makes the room feel bigger by bouncing light around the space, giving it further depth and at the same time it gives the feature arch more emphasis.
