One of the first people you will meet on your journey with My Bespoke Room is our Head of Customer Success, Jess.

Jess is the face of the introduction process, chatting with each potential customer to make sure they are happy, they understand the process, and so that Jess has an impeccable understanding of what their needs are. Then she works tirelessly behind the scenes to handpick the perfect designer for each customer as well as making sure your experience with us is the best it can be!

Jess knows each of our designers very well. She pairs you with a designer based on a number of factors such as your style preferences, budget and living situation (for example whether you have children or pets). 

Lots of clients come to us not knowing how they want to approach their room, others have a clear idea and maybe even made a start but it’s not quite coming together. Often our customers need help working out floorplans, zoning out multipurpose or open-plan spaces and most commonly can’t decide on a colour palette or style for their room. No matter what the problem, Jess here can find the perfect interior designer to suit your needs.
